It’s going to be pretty busy throughout most of Dorset during the Olympic Games as Weymouth is hosting the sailing programme.
The period around the Games includes the following events:
Sail for Gold Regatta 10 June to 16 June
Olympic events 27 June to 13 August
Paralympics 29 August to 9 September
Weymouth is a popular place, but even in a normal summer gets very busy during this period so we cannot imagine how hectic it will be in 2012.
